Introducting The Video Camera For Your Keychain

exemode-20091211-1260535176For the sake of convenience, technology continues to get smaller. In recent years, we’ve seen the creation of handheld games, camcorders, Mp3 players, cell phones, laptops, iPods, lapbooks and iphones. In this day and age, we enjoy the ability to entertain ourselves, create videos, communicate with people wirelessly, do work in nearly any location and access the Internet with these devices.  Such technology is ideal for us to use “on the go” in any place due to their smaller size so they can be stored and carried with ease.

Exemode has created the SQ28m Pocket Digital Camera.  This camera, of course, fits in your pocket and can also be attached to your keychain for very convenient storage and access in any location.  It records footage at 320 x 240 and 8 fps without audio. However, it also includes color filters for picture quality, making it a respectable digital camera to be taken seriously.

Meet The Laser Projector For Gaming Fans

picopHey video game enthusiasts, are you looking for a new gaming experience?  Would you enjoy playing in a 3D environment without being confined to a television set, desktop or laptop screen?  How about playing a shooter that keeps you out of your seat and allows you to play anywhere in a room?  How is this possible, you ask?

Microvision has your answer!  Meet the PicoP laser projector, a new projector equipped with a motion controller.  This projector actually allows you to play a shooting game by projecting a screen onto any wall you point it at. The result is true 3D game playing without the need for a TV or computer to provide a screen.  The projector is also designed to look as a rifle, which adds a touch of realism that gamers can appreciate when playing a shooter.

I think it’s pretty cool that Microvision actually made a laser projector that likes a gun and allows you to play a shooter without using a tv or computer.  Now you can really enjoy 3D gaming anywhere in a room by projecting the screen on any wall of your choice.  Check out this YouTube video demo of the action and fun you can have with the PicoP after the jump.

Welcome to the new world of gaming!

Blackmail Text Keyboard

ransom_keyboardI’m not certain why anyone would want to make a keyboard where every letter looks like it has been clipped out of a magazine or newspaper, but I suppose we should be grateful that someone did.

I realize that this is a little dark, bleak, and downright creepy, but hey, if you want to see this Retro Keyboard Blackmail Text again, then send the amount of $45.00 to the Conran Shop Online.

Norway spiral explained

500x_nxj4dxs67uck7b1_qdtzawozvmqqffj2fesicsuwdhmw

The Internet was ablaze with this picture that you see above. It is a spiral pattern that appeared in Norwegian skies a few nights ago. Oddly enough, about the same time Obama was visiting Sweeden to get his Nobel Peace Prize. It has been pretty much confirmed that the cause of the spiral was a failed Bulava missile that was launched from a nuclear submarine in the White Sea. It’s nice to know that it isn’t aliens, or some happening plucked from the book of Revelations.

Still, the idea of a missile that somehow got loose should scare us more, right? You can watch a video that simulates the spiral after the jump.
