Irreverent Reverence, Day 17: Questionable Behavior

I feel kind of proud of this entry. It talks about Questionable Behavior, on the part of some biblical figures.

Just read Genesis 33-34 and Matthew 12 and read the entry here.

Tech News for the Day, Weekend Edition, January 17, 2010

I’ve got a little news this weekend:

Sanwa has a ultra-cheap pico-projector with the Sanwa 400 PRJ-001.

You should see this Froot Concept from Dell. It has two projectors: one for the keyboard and another for the display.

The Cowon W2 has an announced price and release date.

ASUS is planning on releasing an e-reader known as the DR-570, and it will be out sometime this year.

The New York Times is planning on putting out its content digitally, but you will have to pay for it.

Alex is a laptop which requires a monthly subscription. It is weird, I know.

Rogers Network had to put a stop to the HTC Dream, due to some technical difficulties.

Like the HTC HD2? There is a stylus for that.

This is the Avertec Lookie, a laptop with a lot to look at.

Lastly, here’s something very important. Red Cross is taking donations by text for the Haiti Earthquake victims. You might want to check it out here.

The Haier Theatre comes in 4GB and 8GB models, and has a 3 inch touchscreen. It can do video and audio, and you can shake the unit to advance a song.

If you want to hear my take on this particular product, which I had a chance to try out, feel free to read about it here.

Audio-Technica ATH-ANC3 Headphones

ath_anc3_2I got another CES 2010 souvenir with Audio-Technica ATH-ANC3 or QuietPoint Noise-Cancelling In-Ear headphones.

This model is actually one of the company’s older models, but I found that it was just as good as some of the newer ones that they had on display, really.

Anyway, if you want to read my full review, then you should probably click here.

This particular one is the mCube Mini, a way of charging a laptop, netbook or other mobile device on a car or a plane.

I had a chance to try it out, and, if you’re interested, you can read my review here.
